Hubert has consulting and management experience in the Software and Services industry, with expertise in launching and growing technology businesses. With a background in software development, his core strength is in interpreting technology trends and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, he has focused on the market dynamics for technology firms in Emerging Countries such as China, India and Brazil.
Prior to Waterstone, he co-founded a Silicon Valley based Software-As-A-Service startup that built the first on-demand performance management solution for the Lending industry. Earlier in his career, he was in Business Technology consulting at Sapient where he led technology strategy and systems implementation projects in an onshore/offshore services engineering model. He has been part of launch teams for new Sapient offices in the US and internationally.
Hubert's education includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pondicherry, India. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, with his wife and son.
