Kathy Seidler
Administration
Kathy joined Waterstone from The Johnsson Group, a financial consulting firm. She was a founding shareholder of The Johnsson Group where she brought structure to the internal functions of this start-up company, first as the Controller and later as the HR Manager. The majority of Kathy’s background is in small businesses where her diverse skills allowed her to function in a multitude of roles.
Prior to The Johnsson Group, she was the Vice-President of a high-end kitchen and bath remodeling firm where she facilitated the crisis transition of management due to the founder’s death. Earlier positions were in accounting with heavy focus in all aspects of real estate including investing, designing, building, rehabbing and managing both commercial and residential properties.
Previously, Kathy also worked in the financial services industry where she was insurance and securities licensed.
Kathy and her husband, Tim, have four grown children. They reside in the Western suburbs of Chicago where she spends her non-working time volunteering at a local food pantry, gardening and enjoying her grand children.
