Ken Ewell
Partner

Ken brings a proven track record of successful development and implementation of business and operational strategies in telecommunications and other technology-oriented industries. Ken's professional expertise lies in the area of business, competitive and marketing strategy. His client service background has focused on interpreting the impact of competitive developments, business strategy decisions and organizational and process changes on corporate lines of business. Ken has successfully delivered client insight and value in small and large consultancies, major corporations and within a major multinational company.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Ken was an executive in IBM Global Services, where he served most recently as the Global Relationship Partner for the new AT&T. In this role, Ken was responsible for managing IBM's significant business Consulting Services relationship with this strategic account. He joined IBM through the acquisition of Mainspring Corporation. At Mainspring, a high-growth consulting firm focused on business and technology strategy, he founded and led the telecommunications practice in addition to serving clients in the media and financial services industries. Earlier in his career Ken was a member of the Deloitte Consulting strategy practice and spent five years working in marketing, sales and customer service operations at Bell Atlantic, a predecessor to Verizon Communications.

Ken's education includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with majors in Finance, and Management and Strategy, as well as a BS from Hampton University with a major in Computer Science. He resides in San Antonio, TX with his wife Lisa, and his two daughters, Lindsay and Ellery.
