Andrew Clark



Andrew helps advise clients on key strategic issues, including growth planning, new market entry, go-to-market strategy, and operations performance improvement. He has worked with clients in a range of industries, with a focus on financial services technology, telecoms, and business services. Examples of Andrew’s recent experiences include guiding the setup and market entry of a Managed Services business by an enterprise software company, developing the go-to-market launch plan of a Cloud telephony product suite, and improving Professional Services operations of a large financial services technology vendor to improve key profitability and performance metrics.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Andrew worked with Bain & Company in Chicago and Sydney on engagements in the telecoms sector. He developed strategies to benchmark and maximize product bundling opportunities for a legacy national operator and helped a wireless provider understand drivers of market weakness and strategic options for profitable future growth. Andrew spent several years working in infrastructure management at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in his native England, where he helped grow equity derivatives trading revenues from zero to $1 billion in five years.

Andrew holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship, and a BS in Management from Warwick Business School.
