Senior Technical Consultant
Angeline specializes in the implementation and administration of Customer Success technology solutions to improve adoption and increase customer value throughout the customer lifecycle. Specific to each client’s existing environment and focus, Angeline acts as Waterstone’s subject matter expert in operationalizing the design, launch, and scale of Customer Success capabilities. Customer Success expertise includes playbook design and implementation, customer scorecard development, survey launch, and scaled, personalized outreach at customer milestones. Her broad experience with operations, IT, and process improvement helps Angeline develop a workable, comprehensive, cross-functional technology strategy for her clients.
Prior to Waterstone, Angeline led consulting project teams for new implementations and optimization of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. In this role, she worked with clients to deliver sustainable and easy-to-maintain solutions that simplified business processes and improved data quality and analytics. Her experience as a Salesforce administrator and business analyst also led her to drive improvements in training, testing, and functional documentation to reinforce best practices and improve day-to-day usage.
Angeline holds an MS in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Economics from MIT. She is also a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
