Dan joined Waterstone from the corporate finance industry, in which he worked as a Financial Consultant for Wells Fargo Advisors. While there, he streamlined financial modeling processes, allowing for more efficient and accurate reporting each month. Dan also researched large profit and loss discrepancies to determine root causes, made appropriate recommendations to avoid future potential issues, and implemented the recommendations where possible. Additionally, he performed benchmark analyses around recruitment bonuses. The findings directly led to increased scrutiny of future recruitment deals and decreased discretionary bonuses.
Outside of his professional career, Dan takes a keen interest in education. He has volunteered extensively in the past tutoring St. Louis Public middle school students and looks to continue his contributions to the education system.
Dan received his B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Finance and Economics and Strategy, as well as a minor in Political Science.
