At Waterstone, Kimberly supports client initiatives through quantitative analyses and in-depth research. Since joining, she has worked across a variety of areas, including enterprise software and Customer Success.
Prior to Waterstone, Kimberly worked at American Express, focusing on process improvement and analytics to streamline business operations and enhance customer journeys. Before that, Kimberly worked as an analyst at United Airlines, where she supported maintenance manpower resource planning efforts by conducting primary research and performing extensive analyses.
Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering. During her time at the university, Kimberly served on the executive leadership board of Theta Tau, a professional engineering fraternity.
