Allen has over three years of experience working in strategic advisory and over five years of financial analytic experience. At Waterstone, Allen works with clients on software deployment strategy, services improvement, product development, go-to-market strategy, and pricing strategy. His main focus is helping companies align internal operations and systems with the intended customer experience to drive improved financial performance.
Prior to joining Waterstone, Allen worked as an analyst in both investment banking and private equity, where he was responsible for managing and executing transactional due diligence efforts across a number of sectors, including software, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and connected devices.
Allen graduated with a BS from Stanford University with a concentration in Management Science & Engineering.
