Aman has over eight years of experience working in technology and strategic advisory. He works with clients across a variety of technology sectors, with an emphasis on enterprise software. Aman’s client work has been focused on growth strategy, Professional Services improvement, customer experience design, and Customer Success optimization.

Prior to working at Waterstone, Aman worked for Enphase Energy – a solar technology firm – in its internal strategy group. In this role, he focused on growth strategy, including core market growth, international go-to-market, and new market entry. Aman was also a consultant with IBM Global Business Services in business and operations strategy.

Aman holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Management & Strategy, and Marketing. He also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
