Chris is a highly experienced strategic executive whose career has included general management, corporate strategy and strategy consulting roles. This experience enables him to work with clients to identify opportunities, develop and execute impactful growth plans, and build businesses through a blend of consultative strategy development and a track record of making those strategies operational. He has demonstrated ability to drive operating results across the Americas, Europe and Asia through a collaborative, fact-based approach and global commercial perspective.

Chris was Vice President responsible for running IBM’s Smarter Commerce business in the growth markets, including Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Latin America. This business focused on enabling B2C and B2B clients to undertake digital transformation through eCommerce, data analytics, digital marketing and business model innovation.

Chris was also Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for IBM’s BPO business globally. This included responsibility for M&A, growth strategy, offering portfolio, operating performance improvement and strategic planning.

Previously, Chris was a Strategy Consultant for 17 years, including time with Bain & Co and CSC Index. He worked with CEOs and divisional unit leaders in Europe and the US on corporate and business unit strategy, e-commerce, technology enablement and operational improvement initiatives.

Chris graduated from the London School of Economics and is based in New York City.
