Hubert has 20 years of advisory and operating experience in the tech industry. He has worked with technology businesses and private equity investors on a range of issues including capitalizing on disruptive growth opportunities, transforming perpetual license and maintenance based business models to subscriptions, launch of cloud offerings, and re-design of post-sales operating models. Hubert’s recent work with Software businesses focuses on transitioning to and optimizing Subscriptions business models, including pricing of subscription offerings, re-aligning post-sales organizations, design of key customer facing processes, and improving Customer Success and Support models.
Prior to Waterstone, Hubert co-founded an Enterprise SaaS start-up focused on sales analytics. Over a five-year period, he managed post-sales for the business across implementation and configuration services, ongoing customer care, and ecosystem partnerships. Earlier in his career, Hubert was with Sapient where he led IT strategy and software development projects for Fortune 500 firms.
Hubert earned an MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Pondicherry, India.
