Jim advises clients on a number of issues ranging from post-sales operating model design, customer support and professional service strategy development, revenue growth strategy, and new product design and launch. He has worked with clients across a variety of technology sectors, including enterprise software, hardware, and telecommunications. An example from Jim’s recent work focused on the development of a post-sale operating model for a $2B enterprise software company. He led the design and implementation of a customer engagement model spanning the customer support, customer success, and professional services organizations.

Prior to working at Waterstone, Jim worked as a manager in PwC’s Strategy and Operations group, focused on organizational design, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy across a variety of industries. In addition, he spent a number of years serving as an officer in the US Army as both a Captain and a Lieutenant.

Jim holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
