Kimberly supports client initiatives, including market research, operational improvement, and customer retention by performing quantitative and qualitative analyses and in-depth research. Kimberly has worked across a variety of technology companies, including workforce management, healthcare payments and claims processing, higher education solutions, and other enterprise software.
Prior to Waterstone, Kimberly worked at American Express, focusing on process improvement and analytics to streamline business operations and enhance customer journeys. Before that, Kimberly was an analyst at United Airlines, where she supported maintenance manpower resource planning efforts by conducting primary research and performing extensive analyses.
Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering. During her time at the university, Kimberly served as the events programming chair of Chinese Student Association and on the executive leadership board of Theta Tau, a professional engineering fraternity.
