Manisha brings over 10 years of experience working in technology and strategic advisory, with a focus on growth strategy. She has expertise in product strategy, taking enterprise products from concept to design to successful launches. Her past engagements have included roadmap definition, pricing, customer migration and go-to-market strategies. She takes a data driven approach to product management, leveraging quantitative methods for market assessment, installed base analysis, customer segmentation and product usage analysis. She supplements her analysis with a deep understanding of the target customers, their needs and the use cases that the product needs to solve. More recently, she has worked with enterprise hardware companies to help them make the shift to be more software centric and ultimately to SaaS models.

Prior to Waterstone, Manisha worked in an operating role at Cisco Systems. She was responsible for defining, architecting and delivering best in class products and solutions for high-end routers. There, she led projects building video and voice products that helped service provider customers meet growing market demand.

Manisha has an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, an MS from Pennsylvania State University in Electrical Engineering and a BS from University of Mumbai in Electrical Engineering. In her free time, she is running to her favorite hot yoga class. She also loves to paint and create textured art pieces.
