Steve specializes in building complex financial models and sizing new markets, and performing in-depth research and analysis to support his findings. He has applied these skills to a variety of client initiatives as well as contributed to designing new product offerings, developing growth strategies, and improving operational performance. Steve has delivered these services across a variety of industries, including enterprise software, hardware, payments, and IT services.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Steve worked at Sandbox Industries on consumer technology startups, primarily focusing on analytics. While at Sandbox, he also worked on the venture capital side for the BlueCross BlueShield Venture Fund, researching and investing in healthcare startups.

Steve is currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He received his BA in Finance and BA in Psychology from the College of William and Mary. He was also Co-Captain of the William and Mary Gymnastics Team where he earned Academic All-American honors. Steve serves on the Young Professionals Board for Horizons for Youth, a tutoring and scholarship nonprofit organization in Chicago. He helps plan and manage the organization’s fundraising efforts to benefit Horizons’ students and families.
